We get results no matter what actions we take, conscious or unconsciously. But you have to ask yourself: “Are my actions garnering the reactions I’m looking for?”
If it isn’t, try micro actions while working towards bigger actions. Micro actions can be very powerful because,
(1) you see results immediately, and
(2) you are doing it consciously. Awareness is key to improve or change direction.
Measure your micro actions in 200 meters, meaning, don’t look too far ahead. Instead of looking six months or one year ahead, looking at one day, then one week, then one month. After mastering that, you can now extend it, applying this method to everything you want to achieve in your life on a daily basis. You will be amazed of what can be accomplished in a very short time. “What you do every day matters more than what you do every once in a while.”
